EMAIL APPLICATION SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Each e-mail message has to contain only one applicant, and your agent number in the subject and body of the message. 3 files per application:

1. Picture (color) 300 dpi in .bmp format (file name: lastname_pic.bmp)
2. Signature (grayscale) 300 dpi in .bmp format (file name: lastname_sig.bmp)
3. Applicant's information in .txt format (file name: lastname_info.txt)

Each file has to contain applicant's last name in the file name.
